Some elderly people only need help with a few things they may find challenging but can perform other daily tasks satisfactorily. When you hear or see the word “Dementia”, your first thought may be that it’s a single type of disease that is characterised by a loss of memory, usually in elderly people; people 65 years and older. Community Health Care

Itanna Care offers community health services for our elderly folk through our partnerships with local health care facilities and social care teams made up of a wide variety of professionals that include GPs, community nurses, allied health professionals, district nurses, mental health nurses, therapists and social care workers.

We deliver these services to our users primarily in their homes which may include care homes, and other community facilities such as clinics and community hospitals
